Larry Stimpert, Professor of Economics & Business Colorado College
Professor Stimpert received his B.A. in economics, magna cum laude, from Illinois Wesleyan University and his M.B.A. in finance from Columbia University. His research and teaching interests focus on top managers and their influence on strategic decision making and firm strategies. Articles and reviews on a wide range of topics, including managerial responses to environmental change and organizational decline, business definition and organizational identity, the management of corporate strategy, mergers, acquisitions, and diversification, corporate governance, and company strategies following deregulation, have appeared in the Academy of Management Journal, the Academy of Management Review, the Journal of Management Studies, the Strategic Management Journal, and other leading management journals.
David
Ervin is the Executive Director of The Resource Exchange, a Colorado-based
nonprofit serving children and adults with intellectual and developmental
disabilities (IDD) around the Pikes Peak Region. He has extensive professional experience in
the intellectual and developmental disabilities industry, having worked in
and/or consulted to organizations in the US and abroad. In addition to his role with The Resource Exchange, David is also President of Alliance Colorado, an association of more than 40 organizations that support individuals with IDD, and is a Governor’s appointee to the Colorado State Board of Human Services. He is heavily engaged in legislative advocacy and public policy work at the local, state and federal levels, both in issues of IDD and business. |  Robert

Dr. Robert Ginnett is an independent consultant specializing in the leadership of high performance teams and organizations. He is the developer of the Team Leadership Model© which provides the theoretical framework for hundreds of organizations where teamwork is critical. This model also provides the foundation for Robert’s consulting skills in real-time team diagnostics and the identification of leverage points for change and has made him an internationally recognized expert in his field.
Robert
works with clients to develop leadership and high performance teams programs tailored specifically to their
needs. These may include workshops
designed to enhance individual and team effectiveness or may focus on diagnosis
